Adult Client Profile

Are you a professional, suffering from Imposter Syndrome, with a lack of confidence stopping you from reaching your full potential? Are you feeling unsure who you are or where you belong? Does your fear and anxiety keep you from making decisions or advancing in your career, relationships, or friendships?  Do you let your fear of what other people might think of you stop you from following your dreams?  Do you find yourself getting in your own way of living the life you deserve or having the career you deserve?  Do you wish you could just take control of your life and be happy?

I am here to help you overcome these struggles.  In fact, I’m here to help you uncover why you’re stuck and to be your cheerleader as you learn to get out of your own way and stand up for who you are and what you want.  I’ll help you discover your true self.  I’ll applaud your successes, big and small, and I’ll coach you through your learning fumbles, big and small.  I believe in YOU!  I believe we all have the capacity to be our best selves, but that sometimes it just takes someone else to give us the push we need, to ask the hard questions, and to stand by us as we try new things.  I believe that you have it in you to live your best life.   It is truly my passion to help you achieve these things!

I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 20 year of experience working with people just like you.  I will help you uncover past trauma that you may not even realize impacts you currently, so that you aren’t held back by that trauma anymore.  I ask tough questions to get you thinking about what you can do differently.  I provide strategies to help you navigate through your current circumstances from a new and different perspective.  And I give you challenges to help you make the life changes you are looking for, to reach the goals you set for yourself.  I teach you how to change the negative thought patterns that hinder you from moving forward.

Through our work together, you will learn how to stand up for yourself and be confident in who you are and what you do.  You will believe in yourself and that attitude will show through when you interact with others.  Your friends, family, and colleagues will notice a difference and you’ll begin seeing a new level of respect from your peers.  You’ll project a humble air of confidence that will attract people and cause them to take notice.  You’ll feel more comfortable in your own skin and your thoughts and actions will be congruent.

If this sounds like the change you’re looking for or the push you need, contact me.
